What helps

  • Suggesting a place? Tell us where it is and how you know it's off the grid. A link to the owner's own page about Wi-Fi or phones is worth more than anything else, because that's where every entry starts.
  • Running a place? Corrections are free and come with no conditions, including when they move your grade down. Send the detail and, if you can, the page on your site that says so.
  • Just stayed somewhere? Tell us when you were there and what you found — bars of signal, Wi-Fi in the common room, a phone basket at the door.
